Crynodeb
You will support the service development and support training and education to service user's and staff in the CSU and wider organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to be part of a forward thinking team and service who will be responsible for providing highly specialist nursing care and advice to patients who require urology nursing support in their pathway of care. You will have excellent interpersonal skills with an organized approach to work, the ability to prioritize and delegate and to work effectively as part of a team. You must have demonstrable leadership skills and evidence of change management skills. You will be expected to promote programmes of health education and health promotion and to communicate effectively with GPs and the multi-disciplinary team across organizational and professional boundaries. You will work closely with the Planned Care group Matron who is responsible for our inpatient services at the BRI as part of the Urology and Vascular Clinical Service Unit (CSU) to ensure the provision of seamless care for Urology patients.
