New Line Learning Academy are currently seeking a highly organised and personable individual to join our team as a Receptionist and Administration Assistant on a fixed term basis to support with maternity absence. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth operation of our school’s administrative functions and providing a welcoming atmosphere for students, parents, and staff.

This is a full-time position for 37 hours week, 38 weeks per year. Working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm and Friday 8:00am-3:30pm. The role will start in asap for approximately 10 months.

This is a key role within the school, ensuring a professional, friendly and responsive reception service is always delivered. The ability to ‘think on your feet’ and confidently engage with various stakeholders is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in computer systems and basic office equipment.
• Knowledge of school administrative processes is an advantage.
