What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering exceptional pastoral care and guidance to students from diverse backgrounds
• Supporting the emotional and behavioural development of individuals and small groups
• Liaising closely with parents, carers, SEN staff, and external agencies
• Creating and maintaining a safe, respectful environment where every student feels valued
• Leading and contributing to lunchtime and afterschool wellbeing activities
• Monitoring attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing data, providing actionable feedback
