What You’ll Be Doing:
• Design, deliver & continuously refine the school’s SEND vision and intervention framework
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of LSAs, TAs, and specialist therapists
• Forge robust partnerships with parents, external agencies, and the local authority
• Ensure rigorous compliance with the SEND Code of Practice and all statutory duties
• Deliver bespoke staff training, cascading innovative SEND strategies school-wide
• Analyse data & track progress, unlocking barriers and accelerating outcomes for all
