• Lots of experience of successfully leading an Early Years Team as a Early Years Lead and member of the Leadership Team.
• The ability and innovation to build on our setting’s existing success
• A clear vision for curriculum development in the Early Years and enrichment to improve outcomes for all children.
• The skills to recognise and promote staff talents, expertise and continuing professional development
• A strong commitment to teamwork
