Crynodeb
Talent for Care supports the Trusts workforce strategy by creating clear pathways into NHS careers and supporting people to develop, progress and succeed. The service works across apprenticeships, work experience, employability programmes, volunteering, functional skills and learning opportunities, engaging with schools, colleges, universities and community partners.
