Cleaning Supervisor - Join Our Team!

Location: Wigan and travelling around local areas
Hours: Part time- flexible , may lead to more hours and perm role
Salary: starting at £14 ph plus fuel paid

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across [site type - e.g., office buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, etc.]. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail, and be confident supervising others.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff on a daily basis

• Inspect work areas to ensure cleaning standards are met

• Train and support team members on cleaning procedures and health & safety practices

• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs

• Prepare staff rotas and ensure adequate cover for shifts

• Communicate effectively with clients and management

Requirements

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

• Can lead to perm
• starting off as temp , part time , can pick up more hours as needed
• you need to be able to drive as you will need to visit multiple sites each day
