About the department:

As one of our established and dedicated maintenance operatives within our team of 600, you will be part of an Asset Management department that prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver a first-class property based service across the Group.

We cover a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together to provide an excellent customer experience and building trust with our residents when working in their homes and neighbourhoods.

Role Information:

As Regional Supervisor – Caretaking you will be responsible for assisting in the management, organisation, motivation and supervision of the caretaking service to the Groups Properties, including the monitoring and appraisal of staff under your control.

You will lead a team to carry out a programme of cleaning and grounds maintenance to both independent living and general needs schemes, internally and externally across various locations across the North West ensuring that such works are carried out to a high quality standard, in accordance with health and safety legislation and within the prescribed targeted timelines.

You will support the service delivery to ensure targets are met.You will also assist management with the development and introduction of new initiatives concerning methods of working, reviewing, updating and improving systems and procedures within the service area.

A full, valid UK driving license is essential for this role.

Experience of working in an estate services environment would be beneficial to the role, especially in light of the nature of the split supervision and working element of the role.
