Position:Transformation/Operations Change Manager Department/TeamCEO Office Role:Strategic Operations Manager Reports To:Senior Transformation/Operations Manager (TBC) Additional Accountabilities Strategic view Alignment of all output with the long-term business plan for new business units. Contribution at local strategic level. Operational management Day to day management oversight of the operations of the practice, including ensuring all clinical staff and non- medical staff achieve their objectives in line with the overall strategy. Providing resilience and operational management backfill where required, alongside existing management structures, for business continuity and to oversee and implement change and transformation planning as agreed with the TBC role (George). Work with business unit managers to set KPIs in line with PML strategy and take appropriate supportive action. Process improvement and change management Identify and lead on process improvement within the business unit development plans, to improve efficiency and patient outcomes Put in place and manage effective change management processes in line with PML policy to ensure that both quick wins and longer-term gains are identified and effectively delivered positively engaging with staff on the journey. Compliance and Legislative Knowledge Ensure oversight of practice compliance with NHS contractual obligations and CQC regulations Stakeholder Engagement Ensure that effective engagement processes are in place to deliver quality external stakeholder management, including patient forums, Health Watch and ICB. Staff Engagement Ensure that effective processes are in place to support good staff engagement, including team meetings, staff surveys etc and identify and support staff mentoring and development needs and succession planning Technology and Business Intelligence Engage closely with the Technology and BI Teams to support high quality and robust performance reporting and staff are trained and highly competent in using technological tools for operational delivery and reporting insights and business intelligence is embedded to inform data driven decision making including the use of Population Health data to identify patient populations needs
