The Role
We are recruiting an Operations Manager to provide leadership and support across Warehouse, Logistics, Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Health & Safety. The role will focus on driving improvement projects across the manufacturing site, planning, and increasing people efficiency through process enhancements. You will play a key part in shaping operations, embedding LEAN principles, and delivering measurable improvements across the business.

Essential Requirements
• Proven experience in Operations Management within a manufacturing environment
• Experience implementing LEAN improvements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confident analysing operational data
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
Package
• Salary £40,000 – £43,000 per annum
• 40-hour working week
• Training and career progression opportunities
