If you are a confident and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced research environment, we would like to hear from you.

The role is varied and includes:

Supporting researchers and technical staff with administrative processes.
Maintaining accurate records and databases related to research projects, staff training, and compliance.
Assisting with scheduling, procurement, and documentation for the facility.
Facilitating and taking minutes at high level meetings
Ensuring adherence to University and Home Office regulatory standards.
You will use a range of IT systems for data entry, reporting, and communication, so confidence with technology is important.

What we offer:

Your main work location will be at the University of Southampton, with access to University facilities and flexible working options where appropriate. We offer:

Generous holiday allowance (20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and University closure days).
Occupational pension scheme.
Access to on-campus sports, arts, and cultural facilities.
Employee discount schemes.
As part of the BRF team, you will contribute to world-class research that addresses major health and scientific challenges. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive environment where your work makes a real impact.
