We're working with a welcoming primary school in Bradley Stoke, Bristol to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant who can make a meaningful impact in inclusive and nurturing learning environments.
Your Role WillInclude:
* Providing tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
* Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
* Building a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
* Supporting emotional regulation and social development
* Assisting with classroom activities and transitions to promote inclusion
What We're LookingFor:
* A caring,empathetic, and patient approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs - highly desirable
* Level 2 or 3Teaching Assistant qualification - an advantage, but not essential
