Up to £65,000 per annum | Residential & Dementia Care
Our client, a trusted and values-led care provider, is looking for an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to oversee two small, well-established services offering residential and dementia care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader who is ready to take the reins of two homes and continue their journey towards excellence, with a strong focus on quality care and positive outcomes.
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of both services. With a strong team already in place, your role will be to lead, inspire, and ensure the delivery of outstanding care, while driving continuous improvement across both homes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A clear understanding of regulatory, compliance, and safeguarding frameworks
- Commercial awareness and business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and drive performance
- A compassionate, forward-thinking approach to care

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership across two small residential and dementia care services
- Maintain and improve standards of care, ensuring homes meet and exceed CQC regulations
- Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure financial sustainability and high-quality service delivery
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and the wider community
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of kindness, accountability, and excellence
- Lead on audits, action planning, and service development initiatives
- Ensure the homes operate smoothly, safely, and in line with best practices in dementia care
