This role is for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in care or nursing homes, supporting older adults. What You’ll Need
- NMC registration (nurse-qualified).
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role within care or nursing homes.
- Background supporting older adults services.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational governance.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
