Summary

Operations Manager – Care & Nursing Homes | Up to £70,000

This role is for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in care or nursing homes, supporting older adults. You’ll take accountability for operational performance, compliance, and quality across a portfolio of luxury services in the North West. What You’ll Need

  • NMC registration (nurse-qualified).
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior role within care or nursing homes.
  • Background supporting older adults services.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational governance.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead operational performance across a portfolio of care and nursing homes.
  • Take accountability for compliance, governance, and quality of care delivery.
  • Support services to achieve financial and commercial targets.
