Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you passionate about early years education? We're looking for a warm, reliable EYFS Teaching Assistant to support a lively Reception class in a welcoming primary school in Aston.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping young children thrive through play-based learning and structured routines. You'll be working alongside a supportive class teacher and wider EYFS team in a school that values every child's individual journey.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum
- Lead small group activities and one-to-one support where needed
- Help children settle into school routines with confidence and care
- Encourage speech, language and social development through play
- Assist with phonics, early maths and literacy
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for all children
We're Looking For Someone That:
- Has experience working with children in EYFS, ideally within a school setting
- Understands the Early Years Framework and child-led learning
- Is patient, engaging and confident in managing young learners
- Can commit to a full-time, long-term role starting in January
- Holds a relevant Level 2/3 qualification or has strong classroom experience
