Are you a caring and patient SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for early years? A welcoming primary school in the Wylde Green area is seeking a nurturing individual to support children in their EYFS setting with a range of additional needs.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to make a real impact during the most important stage of a child's development. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent and tailored support, helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children in Nursery and Reception
- Use play-based and sensory approaches to support learning and engagement
- Assist with speech, language and communication development
- Support emotional regulation and transitions throughout the day
- Work closely with staff and parents to provide consistent routines
- Encourage independence and build trusting relationships

What We're Looking For:
- A level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent within a related subject
- Experience supporting SEND in an EYFS or early primary setting
- Warm, gentle and consistent approach
- Understanding of early child development and sensory needs
- Confident using visuals, routines and hands-on strategies
- Reliable, team-focused and ready to get stuck in

Why Work with Long Term Futures?
- Long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent role.
- No day-to-day supply - full-time consistency in one school.
- A dedicated consultant to support you throughout your placement.
- Trial days instead of formal interviews to ensure the right fit.
- Access to free CPD training, including Understanding Autism, Behaviour Management, and further professional development/refreshers.

Next Steps - Our 4-Step Process
- Apply - Submit your CV via the application page.
- Initial Call - Our team will discuss your experience and preferences.
- Trial Day - Experience the school before making a decision.
- Start Work - If the school is the right fit, you're ready to begin.

All applicants will need a valid DBS and two references to be considered for a trial day.
