Pay Rate: £105 - 115
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to Perm
Are you a caring and patient SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for early years? A welcoming primary school in the Wylde Green area is seeking a nurturing individual to support children in their EYFS setting with a range of additional needs.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity to make a real impact during the most important stage of a child's development. You'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide consistent and tailored support, helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children in Nursery and Reception
- Use play-based and sensory approaches to support learning and engagement
- Assist with speech, language and communication development
- Support emotional regulation and transitions throughout the day
- Work closely with staff and parents to provide consistent routines
- Encourage independence and build trusting relationships
What We're Looking For:
- A level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent within a related subject
- Experience supporting SEND in an EYFS or early primary setting
- Warm, gentle and consistent approach
- Understanding of early child development and sensory needs
- Confident using visuals, routines and hands-on strategies
- Reliable, team-focused and ready to get stuck in
