You'll play a key role covering holidays, sickness, and short-notice requirements—making you a vital part of the team.
What We're Looking ForEssential:
-Valid SIA Licence
-Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
-Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, and weekends
-A professional, calm, and confident approach
-Previous security experience
You'll also need a strong commitment to ongoing training, development, and licence renewals.
The RoleAs an Elite Relief Officer, you'll protect people, property, and assets across a range of sites, following each location's Assignment Instructions (AIs). You'll be trusted to step into different environments at short notice while maintaining excellent service standards and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
-Delivering security services in line with company policies and legal requirements
-Responding promptly and effectively to incidents and emergencies
-Maintaining a visible and reassuring security presence
-Identifying and reporting health & safety risks or potential threats
-Completing accurate incident reports, logbooks, and check calls
-Using security systems and technology confidently
-Making sound decisions under pressure
Training & DevelopmentWe invest in our people. You'll receive all required competency training, with access to additional courses to support your career progression. Officers are expected to actively manage their professional development, including timely SIA licence renewals.
