What You’ll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in multi-site, operations, or regional management.
- Background in specialist care (learning disabilities / complex needs).
- Strong knowledge of compliance, governance, and safeguarding.
- Confidence leading and supporting senior management teams.
- Strong track record of service improvement and inspection success.
- Commercial awareness within care operations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee operational performance across multiple care home services.
- Ensure compliance with CQC, safeguarding, and regulatory standards.
- Support and challenge registered managers to maintain service quality.
- Monitor KPIs, audits, and action plans across the region.
- Drive continuous improvement and positive inspection outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and teams.
