Our team and the individuals you'll support

You'll become part of a warm, friendly team supporting three ladies who have learning disabilities within their own home. The ladies all enjoy an active lifestyle, so you'll find yourself getting involved in dance classes, trips to the theatre and going out in their cars for day trips. The ladies also like to play board games, do arts & crafts, bake, watch movies and listen to music.

As a Support Practitioner, your main aim will be to support the ladies with their day to day living, which includes household chores, personal care, attending appointments, finances and medication.

About you

You don't need experience in care to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and we'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) and yearly SSSC registration fees too.

The ladies we support have their own mobility cars, so for this particular role we will need you to hold a full UK, manual driving licence with a minimum of one years' experience on the roads.
