Data Quality Officer Child Health Information Service (CHIS) Location: Hybrid working approx. 2 days per month in our Harrow, North West London office. Salary: £24,940.45 + HCAS Hours: 37.5 per week - We can be flexible through the core office hours to suit you About Us InHealth Intelligence, part of the InHealth Group, delivers the Child Health Information Service (CHIS) for North West and South East London. We support the Healthy Child Programme by managing screening and immunisation data for children aged 019 years, working closely with GPs, health visitors, maternity units, and other stakeholders. The Role As a Data Quality Officer, youll join our Data Quality Team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of child health records. Youll audit data, resolve discrepancies, and produce reports that support performance monitoring and compliance with KPIs. This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and a commitment to data security and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Validate and process data from GP practices, maternity units, screening providers, and local authorities. Audit child health records for missing or inaccurate information and source updates from alternative systems. Produce weekly reports and datasets for performance monitoring and audits. Manage your workload independently and provide cover for colleagues when needed. What Were Looking For A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and strong organisational skills. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience analysing and interpreting data. At least two years experience in data quality, analytics, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare information services.
