This role is for an experienced Care Home Manager ready to lead something special from day one. You’ll take charge of a brand-new luxury residential care home, with the backing, resources, and autonomy to build an outstanding service.

What You’ll Need
- Nurse qualification (RGN/RMN) (highly desirable) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager within residential or nursing care.
- Strong working knowledge of CQC standards with a track record of achieving high inspection outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated commercial and marketing experience within the private care sector.
- Experience opening or developing a new care service (Desirable)
