This is your chance to join a high-performing IT Services Logistics Warehouse where your work directly contributes to delivering world-class technology solutions.
We're searching for a Warehouse Operative who thrives in fast-paced settings, loves being hands-on with IT hardware, and is committed to getting things right first time.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring IT devices are processed, checked, and dispatched to the highest possible standard. Every day will be varied, combining technical accuracy with strong organisational skills.

Device Inspection & Verification
  • Carefully inspect laptops, desktops, and other IT devices to confirm they match repair orders (model, build, serial number, and asset number).
  • Carry out final quality assurance checks to ensure devices are fully functional and meet release standards.
Packing, Labelling & Dispatch
  • Ensure all required accessories and components (such as power supplies) are included with every device.
  • Prepare equipment for safe shipment using secure, compliant packaging.
  • Attach accurate labels, documentation, and dispatch paperwork to ensure seamless delivery.
Operational Support
  • Organise daily workload effectively between Business-As-Usual (BAU) tasks and demand-led priorities.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels of essential packaging materials.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process or workflow enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or repair centre environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical, accuracy-first approach.
  • Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet service-level targets.
Behaviour & Mindset
  • Flexible, proactive, and ready to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new processes, systems, and technical procedures.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Work in a modern IT logistics environment with ongoing training and development.
  • Join a supportive team that values precision, teamwork, and personal growth.
  • Be part of a company where your contribution genuinely makes a difference.
