You will be responsible for managing the entire lettings process, from responding to inquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating lease terms and finalizing contracts. Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants and landlords.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential tenants.
Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements between landlords and tenants.
Market available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.
Screen tenants through application processes, background checks, and reference checks.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and property listings in our database.
Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from clients.Š
Requirements
Proven experience in lettings negotiations or a similar sales role.
Strong knowledge of the property rental market and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients swiftly.
Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think on your feet.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £23.51
Location: Lambeth, South East London
