Summary
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator on behalf of our client based in the City Of London.
A minimum of 2 years sales or lettings negotiator experience is essential.
The role is exciting and varied and will include sales and lettings, business development and marketing.
This is a fantastic opportunity to fast track your career and get involved in all aspects of the business, with training and guidance provided by the business owner.
Key Skills:
• At least 2 years experience in sales or lettings negotiation
• Must be ambitious, entrepreneurial and confident.
• Hard-working and self-motivated.
• An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
The Role will include:
• Organising and undertaking viewings
• Agreeing tenancies and sales and liaising between sellers, landlords, buyers and applicant tenants
• Business development
• Listing properties
• Sales progession
• All other tasks as required
Monday to Friday full time hours with Saturday availability
Basic salary from £25,000 pa + OTE to £40,000 pa - £60,000 pa ++
