Crynodeb
The post holder is required to: Provide specialist community psychiatric services for assessment and treatment for adults with learning disabilities in the catchment areas, who are eligible for the CLDT. Interventions will be completed on a multi-professional basis, and the post holder will participate as a full member of the learning disability team. The post holder will ensure patients receive prompt and appropriate treatment to retain their mental health and wellbeing. To operate within the guidelines, policies and procedures relevant to the post. To provide clinical advice and liaise as required with colleagues in primary care, community services and acute specialities.
