Luma Education Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with an exciting and rapidly growing nursery to recruit an experienced Nursery Practitioners (Level 2-3) as part of their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and passionate early years professionals who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Our client’s nursery offers modern, spacious, well-designed rooms along with extensive outdoor learning areas, creating an inspiring environment where children can flourish. As part of the leadership team, you will help to embed high standards, shape best practice and support the nursery’s long-term success.
Main Duties
Support the delivery of engaging, child-led learning activities in line with the EYFS framework & Ofsted inspection standards.
Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children.
Observe, assess, and record children’s development, supporting their individual learning needs.
Work as part of a team to plan and deliver high-quality care and education.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, play, and rest periods.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised environment.
Support nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Previous experience in an early year’s setting is desirable
Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles
Passionate, proactive, and committed to providing high-quality childcare
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: £26,500 – £31,000 (depending on role and experience)
