An exciting substantive part-time opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Lead Specialist Physiotherapist within our Occupational Health (OH) Adult Musculoskeletal (MSK) service. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated physiotherapist to join and lead our cross-site OH Physiotherapy team.

This role provides the chance to develop and shape the service, working collaboratively with both the well-established Adult MSK Physiotherapy Team and the Occupational Health Service. You will play a pivotal role in leading and advancing service provision.

We are keen to recruit an inspiring, innovative, and highly specialist physiotherapist who will provide exceptional clinical and operational leadership to the OH MSK physiotherapy team. Your expertise will be central in ensuring clinical excellence within the service, supporting our Imperial workforce.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. You should have a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and possess experience in workforce initiatives. The successful candidate will be someone who shows initiative and can employ novel and innovative approaches to complex patient management and service delivery.
• Inspire and motivate others to deliver best practice and to continually improve standards in line with the evidence base and national guidelines.
• Provide clinical leadership and influence for planning and service delivery within clinical area of expertise.
• To demonstrate professional skills, standards and experience consistent with a specialist in the field and to ensure/oversee that services provided comply with professional and departmental standards of practice in collaboration with the Clinical service leads /clinical academics and clinical leads.
• Promote and develop a learning environment within area of practice using a collaborative approach.
• To support the development and implementation of a training strategy for area of responsibility in collaboration with team leads/clinical academics, and clinical specialists.
• Support research awareness and activity within the team, in collaboration with the clinical academics and clinical leads in therapies.
• To promote evidence based practice.
• To maintain and enhance skills and knowledge in order to maintain professional competence and fitness to practise.
