Summary
Trainee Recruitment Consultant needed to join an experienced and growing team in Maidenhead town centre.
What you will have
Sales experience or similar, e.g. Estate Agency. Recruitment knowledge would be beneficial but not essential.
Ambition to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
Good work ethic and ability to learn.
What you will do
Develop your desk: industry knowledge, candidate contacts, clients, processes and on-line profile.
Work with your mentor supporting them and learning trade craft.
Grow into a 360 degree fully competent Recruitment Consultant.
