What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead and develop the Learning Support Department at a whole-school level
• Design, implement, and evaluate bespoke inclusion strategies
• Manage a talented team of Learning Support Assistants and SEND teachers
• Forge meaningful partnerships with parents, therapists, and local agencies
• Direct annual EHCP reviews, champion access arrangements, and deliver impactful staff training
• Analyse SEND data to drive intervention and report to SLT/governors
