What You’ll Be Doing:
• Spearheading a diverse team of Learning Support professionals
• Developing, delivering, and evaluating the school’s SEND strategy
• Working directly with students to unlock potential and remove barriers
• Leading staff CPD on inclusion, differentiation, and interventions
• Liaising with families, external agencies, and senior leadership to drive success
