What You’ll Be Doing:
• Overseeing the implementation and evaluation of targeted SEN interventions
• Coaching, mentoring, and upskilling support staff and teaching colleagues
• Liaising with external professionals and agencies to optimise student plans
• Leading the development of individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCPs
• Championing a whole-school culture of inclusion, achievement, and ambition
