What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing, implementing, and reviewing personalised SEND support strategies
• Leading a skilled Learning Support team – coaching, upskilling, inspiring excellence

• Analysing progress data to refine provisions and celebrate achievements
• Delivering in-house CPD and empowering staff across departments
• Championing student voice – ensuring every learner feels heard and valued

• UK-trained teacher with QTS and proven SEN expertise
