Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide finance/accounting team members in daily tasks.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reports.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support.
Coordinate schedules, workloads, and priorities to meet deadlines.
Identify and resolve workflow, operational, or process issues.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Prepare reports for senior management on team performance and financial operations.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and accuracy-focused.
IT literate, including spreadsheets and financial software.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in finance or accounting preferred.
