Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Core Supervisor to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, and lead a team. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to maintain a smooth workflow and support management in achieving financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide finance/accounting team members in daily tasks.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and reports.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and support.
Coordinate schedules, workloads, and priorities to meet deadlines.
Identify and resolve workflow, operational, or process issues.
Maintain compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Prepare reports for senior management on team performance and financial operations.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
