We are recruiting a responsible and alert Traffic Marshal to join our operations across the Mersey Ports dock network. This is a secure, long-term role with consistent hours, ongoing support, and full training provided.
What you'll be doing-
Directing and managing vehicle and pedestrian movement within the port

Ensuring safe traffic flow around busy dock areas, terminals, and warehouses

Communicating clearly with drivers, site teams, and the public
-
Enforcing safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents

Supporting loading, unloading, and logistical movements safely and efficiently

Flexibility is essential - shifts will include days, nights, and weekends

Confidence working in a fast-paced industrial port environment

Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset

Reliable, vigilant, and able to stay calm under pressure
