We are seeking a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our clients vibrant restaurant and bar in picturesque Perthshire.
Renowned for a spectacular setting, warm atmosphere, they champion seasonal, locally sourced Scottish produce with a field-to-fork ethos. The menus feature homegrown ingredients from fresh Scottish seafood, game, and wood-fired specials, served across our stylish restaurant and bustling bar.
As Head Chef, you will:
-Develop and execute innovative, seasonal menus that highlight the best of Perthshire and Scottish larder
-Lead, inspire, and manage a dedicated kitchen team
-Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency
-Maintain strong supplier relationships and drive sustainability in sourcing
-Contribute to special events, including garden dinners, music nights, and seasonal celebrations
The ideal candidate will have:
-Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-quality, fresh-food focused establishment
-A genuine passion for Scottish produce, seasonality, and creative cooking
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
-Excellent organisational abilities and a calm approach under pressure
-Knowledge of cost control, health & safety, and food hygiene standards
