Join our team as a Customer Service Route Planner at our head office in Steeton, West Yorkshire. You’ll manage engineer schedules and assist with customer service tasks. If you're organized and customer-focused, apply today!
Salary : £12.40 P/H increase to be reviewed after probation period passed + KPI related incentives
Working hours - 8.30m - 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities include:
Booking Outstanding engineer requests within set KPI
Booking urgent engineer requests
Managing engineers diaries and daily workloads (reactive)
Forward planning to ensure there is room for urgent jobs without having to cancel others. Including clearing dates for sickness and holiday
Answering calls from engineers and internal departments
Outbound calls to engineers and customers
Part ordering / checking van stock levels
Taking payments
Assisting other departments when and where required
Skills and Experience:
Attention to detail
Experience of mapping systems e.g. Google maps
Good telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT skills
Previous experience working within a customer service/call centre environment would be advantageous
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
