Dental Recruitment Group Ltd are working with a brand new mixed NHS/Private dental practice in Surrey, who are seeking a Full time Senior Dental Therapist and Governance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Start Date: March 2026
Role Summary:
Lead clinical therapy and governance at a new dental practice, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Care: Deliver prevention and restorative care; manage therapy-led patient pathways; provide oral health education.
Governance: Ensure compliance with CQC, GDC, and NHS standards; oversee audits and incident investigations; maintain governance documentation.
Leadership: Mentor dental therapists and hygienists; support recruitment and team development; promote a positive workplace culture.
Patient Experience: Enhance patient access and engagement; analyse data to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Diploma or BSc in Dental Therapy; GDC registration.
4+ years of NHS experience.
Knowledge of governance frameworks and audit principles.
Strong communication, supervision, and mentoring skills.
