Summary
Dental Recruitment Group Ltd are working with a brand new mixed NHS/Private dental practice in Surrey, who are seeking a Full time Senior Dental Nurse to join their team on a permanent basis.
Start Date: March 2026
Join a new mixed NHS/private dental practice as a Senior Dental Nurse, providing advanced clinical support and leadership to ensure high standards of patient care and infection control.
Key Responsibilities for Senior Dental Nurse:
Clinical Excellence: Assist in restorative and preventive procedures; maintain asepsis and patient dignity.
Governance: Lead infection prevention and control; conduct audits; ensure compliance with CQC and GDC standards.
Leadership: Supervise the nursing team; conduct appraisals; support recruitment and training.
Operational Productivity: Ensure efficient surgery preparation and resource management.
Patient Experience: Provide compassionate care and promote preventive oral health.
Qualifications:
NEBDN National Diploma or equivalent; GDC registration.
Significant experience in a busy dental environment; proven leadership skills.
Knowledge of HTM 01-05, CQC standards, and infection control practices.
