We are delighted to be supporting a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Chiswick, Hounslow, as they look to appoint a dedicated Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA / LSA) ASAP. This full-time role focuses on providing personalised 1:1 support to a Reception pupil who is autistic and non-verbal, helping them to access learning and thrive within a nurturing, supportive environment.
You will work closely with experienced class teachers and a well-established SEN team in a school that places inclusion, wellbeing and child development at the heart of its ethos.
In this role, you will:

Provide tailored one-to-one support for a pupil with autism and communication needs

Support teachers and the SENCo in implementing EHCP targets and individual strategies
