The Role

This is your opportunity to lead a team dedicated to delivering high quality housing adaptations and equipment services that empower residents to live independently.
As a Team Manager, you will oversee the Housing Adaptations & ICES Team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of adaptations funded through the Disabled Facilities Grant.
You will manage processes, support Occupational Therapists, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Your leadership will be key in driving service excellence and positive outcomes for residents across Tameside.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic leader with:
- Proven experience in managing housing adaptations or similar services.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build effective multi-agency partnerships.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Knowledge of data systems for monitoring performance and ensuring quality.
- A commitment to co-production with residents and partners to shape services that truly meet community needs.
This role requires a minimum of two to three days office-based work, with the remainder delivered through hybrid working arrangements.
