The Role
Are you passionate about improving the lives of children, young people and families?
This is your opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Early Help Advisers and Partnership Link Workers to support partners in delivering high quality Early Help Assessments, Interventions and Reviews for children and families with multiple, complex needs.
As a Team Manager, you will establish and maintain effective multi agency partnership links to promote Early Help, whole family, strength-based and trauma informed approaches to work with children and families, including managing risk of potential harm and safeguarding.
Your leadership will be key in ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained in the provision of multi-agency case management and delivery of preventative interventions to children, young people and their families in Tameside.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic leader with:
- A nationally recognised qualification relevant to the service, at Level 5 or above
- Proven experience providing line management and professional supervision to Early Help Advisers and Partnership Link workers
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build effective multi-agency partnerships.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
- Knowledge of data systems for monitoring performance and ensuring quality.
