The vacancy is Open only to applicants from Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS system, which is limited to Hampshire and Isle of Wight ICB, Southern Health FT, Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, Isle of Wight NHS Trust, University Hospital Southampton FT, Solent NHS Trust, South Central Ambulance Service or Hampshire Hospitals FT.

We are looking to recruit a Patient Pathway Coordinator within the surgery department. The role will act as first point of contact for the patients under our care.

You'll will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including nurses, doctors and other administrative teams across the trust.

The role will act as first point of contact for our patients and be essential for the seamless operation of our services and patient's experience with the trust.

The role will support the administrative pathway for patients under the care of our services, including letter typing, booking outpatient appointments, booking elective surgery and other administrative tasks. You'll need to have good communication skills, be organised and the ability to work as part of a team.

Hours will be based during core hours (8-6pm) Monday to Friday.
