The Surgical Care Group are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an RTT validator. Post holders will use their advanced, expert knowledge of 18-week pathways to validate patient pathways and ensure accuracy in reporting, and ensure data quality issues are identified and corrected. Other duties will include: Pro-actively escalate potential breaches and other issues according to the department escalation guidelines, support staff in their understanding and application of the 18 week pathway providing 1 to 1 training and mentoring and act as a point of contact on any RTT related queries.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience who can demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedures relating to 18-week pathways and RTT validation processes who is willing to work towards applying these rules across a wide spectrum of specialities.
