Join Partou - Where children are the leaders.

At Partou, childcare is more than a job—it's a journey. As one of the largest childcare providers in the UK and part of a global leader with over 1,000 nurseries worldwide, we're committed to delivering exceptional early years education and care. We are recruiting for a Regional Quality Advisor to support quality, curriculum and compliance across our South East region.

What you will be doing -

As a Regional Quality Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring outstanding quality and compliance across our nurseries. You'll work closely with Regional Business Managers, Area Managers, and Nursery Managers, providing hands-on support and guidance to help them achieve the very best outcomes for children and secure strong Ofsted ratings. Your responsibilities will include driving quality standards, and ensuring our curriculum and ethos are consistently delivered. You'll also conduct audits and mock inspections, support nurseries ahead of Ofsted visits, and collaborate with operational teams to implement quality initiatives and integrate new settings.

Who we're looking for -

We're looking for someone with a Level 3 or above childcare qualification, a deep understanding of EYFS and Ofsted requirements, and proven multisite experience in supporting nurseries to achieve Outstanding ratings. You'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage complex safeguarding issues, and confidence in working with external stakeholders. This role requires flexibility to travel, both regionally and nationwide with occasional overnight stays.
