Salary: £50,026 per year

As a Relief Nursery Manager, you will work across different LEYF nurseries, stepping in where leadership support is needed most. You’ll cover for Nursery Managers, strengthen teams, maintain high‑quality practice and ensure continuity for children and families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, wants to broaden their experience and is ready to make a wider impact across our organisation.
You’ll be part of the LEYF Manager community, contributing across our settings, sharing ideas and learning from a wide network of leaders.
You will need:
The right to work in the UK
Team leadership and strong relationship‑building skills
Level 3 or above childcare qualification
Experience as a Nursery Manager
Good ideas on how to maintain high‑quality, ratio‑bound environments
An ability to safeguard and protect children
To be reliable, positive and friendly
Be able to travel across London to cover at LEYF nurseries
