Summary
We are seeking a Director of Revenue to lead the commercial performance of De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, our flagship meetings and events venue in central London.
This role offers a salary of £60,000 per annum plus a lucrative bonus scheme, BUPA healthcare and an enhanced company pension scheme to name just a few of our excellent company benefits.
Reporting to the Group Commercial Director, with a close working relationship to the General Manager and Operations Director, this Director of Revenue role carries full accountability for the venue’s revenue strategy and performance, overseeing a turnover in excess of £15m.
Your skills & experience;
• Revenue management in a conference and events-led environment, with accountability for pricing, forecasting and business reporting.
• Comfortable influencing decision-making through clear, credible commercial presentations.
• Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets.
• Commercially minded and able to make decisions, challenge assumptions and drive solutions.
