Your new job working as Client Executive/technician, will be working for an innovative and growing Independent Global Lloyd's Brokers who have been established for over 100 years. With offices based in the UK, USA and worldwide, your new Brokers pride themselves on understanding the importance of being client-focused and are growing in all areas. They have recently been named an employer of choice. Due to substantial growth within the Entertainment and Contingency team, a permanent position for a Client Executive/Technician has arisen.

Your new role

Your new role as a Client Executive/Technician means that you will be responsible for providing prompt technical insurance documentation to the client base. Some of your key responsibilities will include providing support to Brokers/Clients, managing all assigned accounts. You will liaise with clients, Brokers and Producers and issue
accurate and timely insurance documentation to include MRC slips and endorsements as well as
maintain accurate and complete client files.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you must have London market experience of preparing MRC slips and endorsements, handling Non-Marine business, along with knowledge of the Insurance Industry and London Market processes. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to use your own initiative, have experience of adhering to and maintaining systems and procedures, alongside having a continuous application of personal/professional development. It would be beneficial to have Microsoft experience, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel. It is preferred that you have Cert CII or above, but this is not essential.
