Crynodeb

The role will lead the expansion of Seekmove’s UK relocation, rental-navigation, and tenancy-settlement services. The role focuses on developing new commercial partnerships, building B2B referral channels, shaping growth strategies, and turning customer insight into scalable service lines. The BDM acts as the bridge between market demand and operational delivery, stewarding the company’s entry into new cities, institutions, and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow partnerships with estate agents, universities, and relocation-related organisations.
• Identify new market opportunities and support expansion of the company’s service coverage in the UK.
• Manage key client accounts, ensuring smooth delivery of relocation and rental-support services.
• Negotiate commercial terms, service scopes, and referral frameworks that align with Seekmove’s core packages (Take & Talk, Standard, Plus).
• Develop scalable B2B channels to drive adoption of packages (£188 / £470 / £670 tiers) and individual add-on services
• Represent the company in institutional presentations, webinars, community events, and partnerships with Chinese-speaking and international student groups.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align service delivery with partner requirements and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or market expansion, preferably in property services, student services, relocation, or consumer-facing service industries.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Capability to interpret market data and convert insights into actionable plans.
• Professional competence in both English and Mandarin (helpful but not mandatory depending on company need).
• Experience working in a high-trust, service-centred environment.
